We are excited to bring this beautiful Georgian House to the holiday let market following refurbishment. 2015 will be Harbour House’s maiden season, why not be one of the first to visit. As expected with a house of this era all the rooms are spacious and have lovely high ceilings with some original features.
Located on a quiet street in a great location on the West Cliff side of town and sleeps up to 8 people.
From the hallway into the large open plan living and dining area (originally 2 rooms), the heart of the home. The rustic dining table will seat 8 people and a highchair is also available. The living area has a log burner giving a cosy, homely feel on cold winter days. Also included in the house is a flat screen TV, DVD, ipod dock and free WIFI. Take 3 steps down from the dining area to the contemporary gallery kitchen with granite work surfaces. There are quality appliances fitted though out, including a dishwasher, combi microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Door leads to outside space, ideal for a morning cuppa or drinks in the evening.
Up the staircase on the half landing is a large family bathroom with shower, basin, WC and bidet. On the first floor is a tastefully decorated twin bedded room with 3’ beds. Next door is a large master bedroom with a lovely king size bed, a pair of large sash windows and antique furniture with a luxury en suite comprising of corner shower, WC and modern basin unit.
